In a highly anticipated 2nd eviction night, Hunk Daddy Christian Vasquez leaves the Pinoy Big Brother house with the lowest text votes at 13.5% and joins his beloved sons.
This means Prodigal Son of Showbiz Rustom Padilla who garnered the highest text votes will be staying at the Pinoy Big Brother House and gives heartthrob DJ Rico Robles another chance of staying in the PBB house. Robles got saved with 40.9% text votes.
No regrets
When asked if he has regrets, ‘Wala. Wala I learned so much. Yung mga things I’ve learned dun ko lang matutunan sa loob ng bahay.”, Christian cried. Best bud Zanjoe could not contain what he felt and cried in the garden. ‘Peace, love and unity. Peace of mind, love for others and let us unite,” Christian bid his fellow housemates who are crying. “I’m with my kids, I’m with my family. I’m happy.”
Minutes before the announcement, Christian appeared relaxed and ready to leave. “See you in 30 days.” he said. He even congratulated Rustom with “Masaya kami para sayo.”
Prior to the announcement, Christian was talking to Rico and embraced him. Rico said, “You take care of her, make her laugh everyday.”
“But I don't want!. Magkaiba ang emotions natin..ako I wanna go out..ikaw hindi..”, Christian told Rico.

Factions arise as a result of Christian's eviction 3/5/2006 1:05 AM Factions arise in the PBB house as a result of Christian’s eviction. After the announcement, Keanna and Rustom had a post-Christian eviction observation. Keanna felt that other housemates excessive crying showed their bias for Christian and in effect, their bias against Rustom and Rico.
Meanwhile, in the Boys bedroom, Bianca, Roxanne and Zanjoe are consoling each other since they share the same sentiment that they were expecting that Rico would be the one to be evicted.
