The Rico-Roxie “relationship” has become so heated that even their parents are now involved. In the live interview, Roxie’s parents, clarified that Rico and Roxie never had a relationship and that Rico only courted Roxanne but Roxanne rejected him because she discovered he had a girlfriend while he was courting her. Roxie’s mother, Rose even recounted a story where Rico told Roxie that “ayaw mo yun may isyu” when Roxie first heard that they were being paired in the show.
In defense of Rico, Rico's mother said that three weeks is not enough to get to know Rico. "Give him time. Para makilala nyo ang totoong Rico. Mababa ang loob nya, matulungin, maalalahanin at tapat na anak."
The story gets more convulted as we find out that Roxie has a significant other..... The plot thickens..
